Les Chiots Hovawart grandissent! The Puppies are growing!!

Here's a short viedo of the puppies taken yesterday, they are growing fast!  All are happy and healthy and very squeaky!!

Voici un petit film des chiots pris hier, ils grandissent vite!  Tous sont heureux, en bonne santé et font pas mal de petits bruits adorables!

Daisy et Elmo, deux magnifiques Hovawarts en pleine forme, sont les heureux parents de 8 bébés nés le 20 novembre, 2010.  5 noir et feu dont 3 males et 2 femelles, et 3 blonds dont 1 male et 2 femelles.

Le papa Elmo et la maman Daisy sont deux chiens superbes, plein d’énergie et de caractère, qui vivent avec nous en famille.  Jamais confirmé, mais les deux proviennent de parents LOF avec des origines différentes, donc sans croisement sanguin.  Les chiots seront vendus vacciné et avec une puce électronique et seront disponible autour du 20 janvier.  Prix €600 (si LOF vendu €950)  Ne tardez pas à nous contacter, 2 sont déjas réservés!

Daisy and Elmo, two beautiful, healthy Hovawarts, are the happy parents of 8 puppies born November 20, 2010.  There are five black and tan (3 male, 2 female) and 3 blonds (one male and 2 females).

The parents are two beautiful dogs, full of energy and personnality, who are like our own children.  The two were never confirmed so they don't have pure bred status, but they are both from pure bred parents of different origins so there's not chance of inbreeding.  The puppies will be sold chipped and vaccinated and will be available around the 20th of January. Better late than never... Harvest 2010 slide show!

 

Another great harvest crew this year, many, many people came from a far, and as always we had our faithful crew of friends from Vers, my parent's neighbors whose dedication to picking grapes is astonishing!!  Thanks to everyone for such a great time!

Harvest was unusually late this year, we started on September 17th and finished on the 28th!  We took several breaks waiting for the grapes to fully ripen, vineyard by vineyard.  The wines are tasting great and I think 2010 is going to be a stellar year, floral and elegant with lively acidity, not a blockbuster year, but a very pretty one.

For the next few months this site is going to become about puppies!  Daisy and Elmo our beloved Hovawarts are about to become parents, and we need to find homes for the babies, so bear with me while we put up lots of cute pictures of tiny, baby dogs!
